Handpicked from the slopes of Mauna Loa, each bean is carefully selected for its unique characteristics. The perfect beans are segregated, destined for the top shelf.

The other beans, the orphan stepchildren rejects, with little broken hearts, odd shapes and sizes with a B grade were shunned, until now.

Located on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii, our charming confectionary sets gracefully nestled among the lush coffee and macadamia nut farms that thrive at the southernmost point of the United States.

We take enormous pride in our craft; we offer creations handmade with aloha from the finest local small farm ingredients.

We carefully grind our tropical cacao until we achieve the perfect consistency, we add Hawaiian cane sugar, Hawaiian cacao butter, soy lecithin and Hawaiian vanilla, this is the base of all our chocolates.

Around here we don’t drink coffee to wake up.

We wake up to drink coffee!   And then, 

We Dip, Drizzle, and Drop, Shake, Sprinkle, Stuff and Plop, we Coat, we Bake, we Squeeze, and we make, the best chocolate sweets you ever ate!
